Returns Policy

Our returns policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store at If you've bought our products through a third-party website or retailer, you should first contact them directly for assistance.


To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 40 days from the purchase date, and we'll assess your claim.

  2. If your refund is approved, you must return the products to the Bombini-Spa return address provided below, at your own expense.

  3. We may ask for photo and/or video evidence to support your claim.

    Please note that refunds do not cover the original shipping costs or return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty or not fit for its intended purpose. Refunds will not be processed until we've received the original items.

    Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to a change of mind.

Exchange and/or Store Credit

Due to the nature of our products and health and safety regulations, we do not offer exchanges or store credits unless the product arrives damaged or is considered faulty. Unwanted gifts, change of mind, or unused products do not qualify for exchange or store credit.

If the 40-day period from the purchase has passed and you want to request an exchange or store credit, please contact us directly to discuss. The processing of exchanges or credits will commence once we've received the original items, and you'll receive a confirmation email upon logging the return.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your product arrives damaged or faulty to the extent that it cannot be used, please contact us within 40 days from the purchase date to discuss the return of your products, as per Arizona Consumer Law.

Gift Cards

E-gift cards cannot be converted into cash and are non-refundable.

International Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We are unable to reimburse any local taxes and duties that may have been incurred when entering your country, as these are managed and collected by the local government.
