Regarding Shipping & Processing Times

• Processing & fulfillment can take up to 1-3 business days

• Expedited shipping is temporarily unavailable

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

• Ordered are processed within 1-3 business days

• Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day

• Example #1 – Order placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed as early as Monday which is considered business day 1

• Example #2 – Order placed on Tuesday & shipped out Thursday via USPS 2 Day will be delivered Monday.

• An order confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been processed and is out for delivery.

• Ground Shipping is offered at checkout (Rate calculated at checkout)

• Parcels that exceed one cubic foot (1,728 cubic inches) are charged based on the actual weight or the dimensional weight, whichever is greater (as calculated in DMM 153.1.4).

• For parcels that measure in combined length and girth more than 108 inches but not more than 130 inches, use the oversized price, regardless of weight, based on the applicable zone.

• Parcels that exceed 22 inches but not greater than 30 inches in length, add $4.00. (Effective April 3, 2022)

• Parcels that exceed 30 inches in length, add $15.00. (Effective April 3, 2022)

• Parcels that exceed 2 cubic feet (3456 cubic inches), add $15.00. (Effective April 3, 2022)



• USPS Retail Ground—LOR retail prices are only available for items mailed within the state of Alaska for pieces delivered to or from the eligible intra-Alaska ZIP Codes in DMM Exhibit 150.1.3.

• USPS Retail Ground—LOR retail prices are not available through online or commercial postage payment.

• For parcels that measure in combined length and girth more than 84 inches but not more than 108 inches, and the piece weighs less than 20 pounds, use the 20-pound price (balloon price) based on the applicable zone.

• For parcels that measure in combined length and girth more than 108 inches but not more than 130 inches, use the oversized price, regardless of weight, based on the applicable zone.

• Parcels that exceed 22 inches but not greater than 30 inches in length, add $4.00. (Effective April 3, 2022)
